Home of the Brave
America’s veterans are scattered across the country, and even around the world. But no matter where their lives have led them, supporters of the American Veterans Center and World War II Veterans Committee all share a common bond – to guard the legacy and honor the sacrifice of all who have served.
Within these pages are posted the personal memories of America’s veterans and their families. It is a sample of the larger written archives found at the headquarters of the American Veterans Center in Arlington, VA. Veterans of all eras and their families are invited to send us their stories to be posted on this online veterans tribute.
