The Eighth Annual Andrew J. Goodpaster Prize and Lecture
This past Tuesday, the AVC presented the Eighth Annual Andrew J. Goodpaster Prize to Lt. Colonel Ralph Peters at the Army & Navy Club in Washington, DC. The Goodpaster Prize is intended to spotlight excellence in military scholarship by thinkers in the mold of General Goodpaster, one of the AVC’s early mentors. Stay tuned to C-SPAN’s Book TV in the coming weeks to watch Lt. Col. Peters’ accompanying lecture on military leadership in the Civil War.
