Sharing Your Stories

Welcome to the Online Veterans Tribute. Within these pages are posted the personal memories of America’s veterans and their families. The Online Veterans Tribute is a sample of the larger, written archives based at the headquarters of the American Veterans Center, World War II Veterans Committee, and National Vietnam Veterans Committee in Arlington, Virginia. Veterans of all eras, and their families, are invited to send us their stories to be posted on the Online Veterans Tribute, to be shared and preserved for future generations.

Stories should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, if possible. Any story that is not submitted in a format that can be copied and pasted onto our site will take much longer to post. I.e. If you send in a handwritten or typed story, we must transcribe this document ourselves. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to do so.
