AVC is proud to announce the winner of the 2015 Veterans Video History Contest: high school student Evan Warner. Evan’s film Tales From the Pacific creatively showed his viewers the sacrifices made not only by World War II veteran Clovis Delary, but all Americans who came together to ensure US victory in one of the greatest conflicts.
